This started out as a semi decent half-body photo - which first needed a ton of color- and exposure-correction. Once that was done, Tila's face and expression shone through. This yeilded a handful of wallpapers on my site, using various effects for different tastes. This version, though, takes that photo and turns it into what appears to be a hand-drawn or hand-rubbed image applied to one's screen.

Works best when scaled to full size as a desktop wallpaper.
